These Equipment Rental Terms establish the general conditions applicable to equipment rented through Rachamere Veriton LLC.
IMPORTANT: Every rental may also be governed by a separate Rental Agreement identifying the particular machine, rental rate, rental period, security deposit, authorized location, insurance requirements, and additional transaction-specific obligations.
The signed Rental Agreement controls if its transaction-specific terms conflict with these general terms, subject to applicable law.

RENTAL PERIOD
The rental begins and ends as stated in the Rental Agreement.
Equipment must be returned or made available for scheduled collection by the agreed return date and time.
Keeping equipment beyond the authorized rental period may result in continued rental charges and other amounts permitted under the Rental Agreement.

RENTAL RATES
Equipment may be offered at:
Daily rates
Weekly rates
Monthly or 4-week rates
Project-specific rates
The applicable rate and included usage allowance, if any, will be identified in your rental documentation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit may be required before equipment is released.
The deposit does not necessarily represent the maximum amount for which a renter may be responsible.
Where permitted by the Rental Agreement and applicable law, amounts properly due for damage, loss, missing items, fuel, cleaning, late return, transportation, or other obligations may be deducted from a refundable deposit.

AUTHORIZED OPERATORS
Only appropriately trained, competent, and legally qualified individuals may operate rented equipment.
The renter is responsible for ensuring that anyone permitted to operate the machine satisfies these requirements.

EQUIPMENT USE
Rental equipment must only be used:
- For its intended purpose
- Within manufacturer operating limitations
- In accordance with safety instructions
- In compliance with applicable laws
- At authorized locations
- By authorized operators
The renter must not intentionally abuse, materially modify, overload, conceal, sell, pledge, sublease, or transfer possession of rental equipment without authorization.

LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT
Rental equipment must remain at the approved job site or location unless Rachamere Veriton authorizes relocation.
If a project requires the equipment to move between job sites, disclose this before or during the rental and obtain any approval required by the Rental Agreement.

 INSPECTION AT RECEIPT
Inspect the equipment when you receive it.
Any material pre-existing damage or operational concern should be reported promptly.
Photographs or inspection documentation may be used to record equipment condition at the beginning and end of a rental.

CARE DURING RENTAL

The renter is responsible for reasonable care of the machine.
This includes routine operator-level checks required by the manufacturer, which may include:
- Engine oil
- Hydraulic fluid
- Coolant
- Fuel
- Tire or track condition
- Warning indicators
- Visible leaks
- Other daily operating checks

BREAKDOWNS
If equipment develops a mechanical issue:
Stop operating it if continued operation could cause damage or create an unsafe condition.
Contact Rachamere Veriton promptly.
Do not undertake significant repairs without authorization except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect persons or property.

 EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME
Where equipment becomes unusable because of a verified mechanical failure not attributable to renter misuse, the appropriate remedy, if any, will be determined under the Rental Agreement and circumstances.
We do not guarantee that replacement equipment will always be immediately available.

 FUEL
Equipment must be returned with the fuel level required by the Rental Agreement.
Applicable refueling charges may be assessed where the agreed fuel requirement is not satisfied.

 CLEANING
Ordinary job-site dirt associated with reasonable use is expected.
Additional cleaning charges may apply for equipment returned with excessive mud, concrete, asphalt, hazardous substances, waste, or other contamination requiring extraordinary cleaning, where permitted by the Rental Agreement.

DAMAGE
The renter may be responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear where the damage results from circumstances assigned to the renter under the Rental Agreement, including misuse, negligence, improper operation, unauthorized modification, or other prohibited use.

THEFT & LOSS
Rental equipment must be reasonably secured when unattended.
Theft, disappearance, or material loss must be reported to Rachamere Veriton promptly.
Where appropriate, the renter must also notify law enforcement and their insurer.
Financial responsibility will be determined according to the Rental Agreement, insurance arrangements, and applicable law.

ACCIDENTS
Accidents involving injury, property damage, or significant equipment damage should be reported promptly.
The renter should preserve relevant information and cooperate reasonably with insurance and incident investigations.

RETURN OF EQUIPMENT

Equipment must be returned with all supplied:
Attachments
Accessories
Keys
Components
Safety equipment
Missing items may be charged according to the Rental Agreement.

INSURANCE
Proof of insurance may be required for certain machines or transactions.
Required coverage and limits, where applicable, will be communicated before equipment is released.

NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
A rental provides temporary possession and authorized use only.
No ownership interest is transferred to the renter.

ACCEPTANCE
Execution of the applicable Rental Agreement, acceptance of equipment, or other legally sufficient acceptance of a rental transaction constitutes agreement to the applicable rental conditions.
