Unless Rachamere Veriton expressly provides a written warranty, no additional warranty should be assumed beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Rental Transactions
Rental equipment remains the property of its lawful owner and is provided only for temporary authorized use.
Rental customers may be required to execute a separate Rental Agreement and provide:
- Government-issued identification
- Business information
- Payment authorization
- Security deposit
- Proof of insurance
- Authorized operator information
- Job-site information
- Delivery location
- Other reasonable verification information
No rental is final until the applicable requirements have been satisfied and the reservation has been confirmed.

A transaction may be delayed or declined where information cannot reasonably be verified.
Equipment Availability
Inventory changes regularly.
Equipment may be sold, rented, reserved, undergoing inspection, being serviced, or otherwise unavailable even though a website listing remains visible.
Customers should obtain confirmation before making project commitments based on equipment availability.
Transportation
Equipment may be collected, locally delivered, or transported through third-party carriers depending on the transaction.
